The Rental Terms

Rates, etc…

  • Save BIG by booking off-peak season (e.g., June or September)

  • Arrival time (check-in) is after 5 p.m. on Saturday

  • Check-out time on your last Saturday is before 11 a.m

  • All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement

  • A security deposit is required 

  • For special requests please ask

  • Rates shown do not include HST

Security Deposit

What you need to reserve your times…

A $ 3000.00 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. (This may be adjusted for longer-term rentals.) Conditions apply. Call for details.

A deposit will be required to reserve your booking. The amount is dependent on the rental duration. (Minimum $3000.) Call for details. This will be held as your refundable security deposit. Any refund will be returned after your stay.
