Lake Rosseau Cottage rental rates and availability.
This Lake Rosseau Rental Cottage is available for rent on a seasonal, monthly or biweekly basis. It is booked on a first come first booked basis. If your interest is of a seasonal or monthly nature please contact us and book before March 30, 2012. After March 30 it is much more difficult to ensure that complete months will still be available.
The Rental Term
This Lake Rosseau Rental Cottage is available for the following rental terms:
- the 2012 summer season (two, three or four months)
- monthly: May, June, July, August, or September
- biweekly: from Saturday to Saturday—14 nights. Arrival time (check-in) is after 3 PM on Saturday. Check-out time on your last Saturday is before 10AM.
- weekly: from Saturday to Saturday—7 nights. Arrival time (check-in) is after 3 PM on Saturday. Check-out time on your last Saturday is before 10AM.
What's Included in the Basic Rental Rate
The basic rental rate includes the rental of the cottage and all of the amenities listed except the motor boat, and the bunkie that is not a part of the main cottage.
The Motor Boat: Rental rate—$500 per week.
The Bunkie: Rental—$500.00 per week.

Security deposit
A $1500 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. (This may be adjusted for longer-term rentals.) Conditions apply. Call for details.A deposit will be required to reserve your booking. The amount is dependant on the rental duration. (Minimum $1500.) Call for details. This will be held as your refundable security deposit and/or credit towards your rental fee. Any refund will be returned after your stay.
